Members of the "September 30 Movement" (M30) of Tapoa organized, during the national days of patriotic commitment and citizen participation, a week of cleaning public services in the city of Diapaga, gutters and alleys, AIB noted on site.From September 2nd to October 10th, 2024, hundreds of men and women stormed the tufts of grass and piles of garbage that populated the city. Brooms, machetes, hoes or rakes in hand, they divided up the tasks.Some cut, tear, sweep while others with wheelbarrows carry the rubbish to the garbage bins."It is to express our gratitude to the President of Faso and respond to his call that we have organized these activities which make our living environment healthy," said Kondioa Tankoano, provincial coordinator of the M30 of Tapoa.The national days of patriotism are to cover until October 16, "we intend to fill them with other activities within the framework of these days of integration, citizenship and social cohesion of the youth of Tapoa" he continued.A call for unity of action around the FDS and VDP so that they succeed in their mission to reconquer the territory was also launched by the coordinator of the M30/Tapoa.With this mobilization, the high commissioner of the province René Karambiri says he is sure that the bet of raising awareness among the population has been won.
