Oudalan: The D©ou PDS urges the youth to make the RPP a lasting legacy for future generations: On the occasion of the launch of the Revolutionary Youth on the March (JeRM) initiative, Saturday in Gorom-Gorom, the president of the special communal delegation (PDS) of D©ou, Sylvain Nagalo, invited young people to embody the values of integrity and justice to make the Popular Progressive Revolution (RPP) a lasting legacy for future generations.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony brought together administrative authorities, the Defense and Security Forces (FDS), association leaders, and a large number of young people who came to demonstrate their support for the initiative. The PDS of D©ou, representing the high commissioner of the province, recalled that "youth is the lifeblood of development". He also urged young people to embrace the ideals of the RPP and to support the efforts of the President of Faso for the total reconquest of the national territory.
The provincial director in charge of Youth in Oudalan, Yacouba Kara, indicated that the JeRM initiative aims to place youth at the heart of the national construction process. He expressed his satisfaction with the mobilization of the authorities, the security forces, and the volunteers, reaffirming his determination to lead the JeRM initiative towards concrete results in the service of youth and national development. Mr. Kara also announced several activities, including public lectures, educational talks, and a day of tribute and patriotic commitment planned every quarter.
The Secretary General of the Coordination of Citizen Watch Associations, Hamadou Ousmane Maga, stated that "there is no development without youth," calling for unity around revolutionary ideals. The president of the King Prod association, Bassirou Maga, welcomed the involvement of young people and stressed the importance of community support to ensure the sustainability of the initiative.
