According to Burkina Information Agency, the administrative start of the academic year was initiated by Souleymane Diabat©, who emphasized the importance of mobilizing education stakeholders. He urged them to focus on three key principles: "listen, act and succeed." These principles are aimed at understanding the needs of field actors and providing appropriate responses to improve the expected results.
