Nayala: The Federation of Evangelical Churches and Missions (FEME) of the Nayala province and the Child Development Center (CDE) presented a contribution of 902,700 FCFA to the Faso Mªbo initiative on Monday in Toma. The donation was received by the High Commissioner of the Nayala province, Honor© Fr©d©ric Par©.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the handover ceremony took place in the presence of religious leaders, representatives of the CDE, and provincial administrative authorities. This contribution consists of a check for 658,700 FCFA, additional support of 20,000 FCFA, and a sum of 224,000 FCFA raised by the Churches of the province.
Speaking on behalf of FEME, Pastor Karim Idien© indicated that this gesture reflects the support of the evangelical churches for the call of the President of Faso inviting Burkinabe to contribute to the national development effort through Faso Mªbo. The High Commissioner of the Nayala province, Honor© Fr©d©ric Par©, praised this mobilization, which he described as exemplary.
He thanked the donors for their patriotic commitment and invited other social groups to follow this wave of solidarity for the building of Burkina Faso. The ceremony concluded with a prayer of blessing for the provincial and national authorities.
