Ouagadougou: Food distributed to vulnerable people by the municipality The president of the special delegation of the commune of Arbinda, Lazard Kieme, presided over a ceremony on Saturday to distribute food to vulnerable people in the area.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the donation, purchased from the municipal budget for fiscal year 2025, consists of 4.45 tonnes of rice and 4.2 tonnes of sorghum. It aims to provide relief to the most vulnerable households facing difficult living conditions.

The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the special delegation for this latest gesture of solidarity, which helps to alleviate their daily suffering.

Speaking on the occasion, the president of the special delegation, Lazard Kieme, encouraged the beneficiaries and reassured them of the special delegation's constant availability to support them, while reaffirming his commitment to continue support actions in their favor.
