Banwa: The High Commissioner of the Banwa province, Sanfi©nal© Joseph Sirima, delivered the speech of the President of Faso and President of the Confederation of the Alliance of Sahel States during the raising of the national colors on Monday, July 6, 2026, in Solenzo. The event was attended by constituted bodies and leaders from various social strata.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the speech marked the second anniversary of the Confederation of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES). President of Burkina Faso and President of the AES, Ibrahim Traor©, conveyed his message to the people of Solenzo, paying tribute to the commitment and patriotic initiatives of the AES citizens.

In his address, Comrade Captain Ibrahim Traor© emphasized that the second anniversary is a milestone representing a new stage filled with hope and optimism for the future. After the speech, High Commissioner Sirima further explained its contents in the Dioula language to ensure broader understanding among attendees. He concluded by expressing wishes for a successful agricultural season and plentiful rainfall for the local farmers.
