High Commissioner Issiaka Segda Highlights People’s Progressive Revolution Manifesto in Tuy

Tuy: The High Commissioner of Tuy Province, Issiaka Segda, addressed the vital forces of the province during the traditional monthly raising of the national flag in Hound© at the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) headquarters. He emphasized the importance of the Manifesto of the Popular Progressive Revolution (RPP), urging a conscious, organized, and permanent mobilization to defend and deepen the Revolution for future generations.

According to Burkina Information Agency, High Commissioner Segda described the RPP Manifesto as a guide for civic engagement, serving as the political, ideological, and strategic compass for Burkina Faso. The Manifesto is structured around six strategic axes, including national defense, socio-economic progress, cultural rearmament, diplomacy, governance, and societal issues.

Segda underscored the collective responsibility of defending the homeland, calling upon all Burkinab¨ to join forces with the fighting units. The RPP also seeks to enhance Burkina Faso's economic sovereignty through agriculture, industry, trade, crafts, and digital technology, aiming to improve living conditions sustainably.

Cultural rearmament is a central element in the Manifesto's vision. Segda highlighted the promotion of patriotic values, the introduction of national languages into the education system, and the development of technical and vocational training as key components.

He further elaborated on the Manifesto's advocacy for sovereign diplomacy, efficient administration through digitalization, a humane justice system, women's promotion, and the strengthening of secularism.
