Sourou: The High Commissioner of the Sourou province, D©sir© Badolo, praised the resilience of the workers in his territorial jurisdiction despite the security challenges, during the monthly raising of the colors.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the traditional raising of the colors was observed in Tougan, Sourou province, with the presence of the province's vital forces. This month, the ceremony took place at the city's health district. Following the flag-raising, High Commissioner D©sir© Badolo addressed the province's essential personnel, commending their resilience and sacrifices amid security and humanitarian constraints.
Mr. Badolo acknowledged the efforts of the Sourou population, emphasizing the dedication of the workers who have fulfilled their duties despite various constraints. He encouraged them to maintain their perseverance. Furthermore, he lauded the province's combat forces, recognizing the work done by the FDS and VDP soldiers in securing the population, despite ongoing threats.
High Commissioner Badolo also noted the community's involvement in recent gutter cleaning operations in Tougan, highlighting the population's mobilization and commitment to improving their environment.
