High Commissioner Segda Encourages Tuy Graduates to Embrace Revolutionary Manifesto

Ouagadougou: High Commissioner Issiaka Segda invited the new high school graduates of Tuy Province to familiarize themselves with the Manifesto of the Popular Progressive Revolution (RPP). The invitation was extended during a gathering in Hounde on July 13, 2026, aimed at helping graduates understand the vision of President Captain Ibrahim Traore and contribute to the sovereignty of Burkina Faso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Comrade Segda addressed the graduates during the opening of the 48-hour information and guidance event following their school exams. He emphasized the importance of the RPP Manifesto, which is organized around six major axes, as a tool for understanding the popular progressive revolution and the development goals set by Captain Ibrahim Traore for Burkina Faso.

"We want patriotic revolutionaries, capable of working for the sovereignty of our Nation," Segda urged, encouraging the new graduates to adopt the manifesto as their own. He highlighted the need for them to prepare for future leadership roles, envisioning them as future High Commissioners, ministers, members of parliament, and key players in agribusiness.

The High Commissioner also called on the graduates to purchase the RPP Manifesto, priced at 1,000 FCFA, noting that its sales will support the Patriotic Support Fund.
