Soum: The High Commissioner congratulates the staff of the Provincial Directorate of Family and Solidarity. The High Commissioner of the Soum province, Wend Nere Wilfried Tougma, met on June 16, 2026, with the staff of the Provincial Directorate of Family and Solidarity.
