Kampti Achieves Record 92.67% Success Rate in CEP 2026

Kampti: The commitment made at the beginning of the year by education stakeholders in the Kampti Basic Education District (CEB) has borne fruit. With a 92.67% pass rate on the Primary School Leaving Certificate (CEP) exam for the 2026 session, the district successfully surpassed its target of 90%, confirming the quality of the work carried out in the commune's schools.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Kampti Basic Education District (CEB) recorded a success rate of 92.67% in the Primary School Certificate (CEP). The results were announced this Friday, June 13, 2026, in the presence of the Provincial Director of Preschool, Primary, and Non-Formal Education of Poni, Si© K. Jonas Tioye.

This achievement confirms the commitment reaffirmed on January 7, 2026, by the teachers of the district during their back-to-school general assembly. Reflecting the theme chosen for the school year, they resolved to work towards achieving a success rate of at least 90%, with the ambition of contributing effectively to improving academic performance in the commune of Kampti in particular and in the Dj´r´ region in general.

For the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Kampti, Eug¨ne Hien, this result reflects the determination and commitment of all actors in the education system. "The results recorded today are the fruit of the combined efforts of teachers, educational supervisors, students, parents, and all education partners. We set ourselves an ambitious goal, and we are pleased to see that it has been achieved and even exceeded," he said.

Mr. Hien praised the constant mobilization of the various stakeholders throughout the school year and invited them to maintain this momentum in order to consolidate achievements and meet future challenges.

Present at the proclamation of the results, the Provincial Director of Preschool, Primary, and Non-Formal Education for Poni, Si© K. Jonas Tioye, congratulated the educational teams of Kampti for this performance, while encouraging them to continue their efforts in favor of the continuous improvement of the quality of education.

With a success rate higher than the initially set target, the CEB of Kampti confirms its good momentum and its commitment to academic excellence, for the benefit of the learners of the commune and the Dj´r´ region.
