Manama:His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has expressed his condolences to His Excellency President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan following a tragic incident.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the incident involved the drowning of military personnel during exercises in the Caspian Sea, resulting in both fatalities and injuries.
