Kossi: The second edition of the Provincial Director of Secondary Education of Kossi Cup concluded this Wednesday, May 28, 2025, on the grounds of the provincial high school. The provincial high school team secured the trophy against the Horoya College team, with a score of 3 goals to 0.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Provincial Director of Secondary Education Cup witnessed the participation of fourteen teams. The final, initially scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, 2025, was postponed to Wednesday, May 28, 2025, due to rain. The teams from Horoya College and the Provincial High School advanced to the final, much to the delight of their supporters.

The decisive match, conducted in two 45-minute periods, saw the provincial high school team dominate Horoya College, which was at a disadvantage from the 12th minute due to their captain's dismissal. The Provincial High School controlled the game and concluded with a clear victory of 3 goals to 0 at the end of regulation time.

The provincial high school, having lost the final of the first edition, achieved their revenge on Horoya College, which had claimed the trophy during the first edition. Karfa Ferdinand Boni, the provincial director in charge of secondary education, expressed his gratitude to the supporters, particularly acknowledging the NGO DIRCI for its support of the students.
