Sapon©: The people of the village of Kougpaka donate 676,000 FCFA to the "one village, at least one motorcycle for our VDP" operation. The President of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of Sapon©, K´ti No«l Sanou, received on Monday, July 6, 2026, a delegation from the village of Kougpaka who came to present the sum of 676,000 CFA francs, a donation within the framework of the implementation of the operation "one village, at least one motorcycle for our VDP."

According to Burkina Information Agency, as part of the fight against insecurity, the municipality of Sapon© has launched an operation called "One village, at least one motorcycle for our VDP." This operation aims to encourage residents of the municipality's villages to support the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) in their mission to secure the municipal territory alongside the Defense and Security Forces (FDS).

Following this appeal, Comrade K´ti No«l Sanou received a delegation from the village of Kougpaka led by Comrade Sibiri Pascal Wangrawa, President of the Village Development Council (CVD). The delegation presented the local authorities with a financial contribution of 676,000 CFA francs, representing the contribution of the sons and daughters of Kougpaka village to the project.

The Sapon© District Education Officer expressed his gratitude and thanks to the people of Kougpaka for this display of civic and patriotic commitment.
