Banwa: The President of the Special Delegation of Kouka and the municipal agents set an example of civic responsibility regarding taxes. As part of the promotion of tax compliance and the strengthening of the mobilization of the municipality's own resources, the President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of Kouka, Comrade Raymond Ilboudo, and municipal employees fulfilled their tax duty on Friday, July 3, 2026, at the Kouka town hall.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this operation, organized in the presence of a team from the tax services from Solenzo, allowed the municipal authorities and the town hall workers to fulfill their tax obligations in a spirit of responsibility and exemplary conduct. On this occasion, the President of the Special Delegation reiterated that paying taxes is an essential civic duty for the nation's development.
He urged all citizens, economic operators, merchants, artisans, and all taxpayers to follow suit by regularly fulfilling their tax obligations. Tax officials, for their part, welcomed the commitment of the top municipal authorities, believing that this example will help strengthen the culture of tax compliance among the population of Kouka.
