Koup©la: The Minister in charge of Secondary Education, Moumouni Zoungrana, met with secondary education stakeholders in Koup©la, accompanied by the Governor of the Nakamb© region, the High Commissioner of Kourittenga, local educational authorities, and teachers.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the meeting aimed to encourage stakeholders in secondary education for their work and to discuss the new vision of the department responsible for secondary education. The High Commissioner of Kourittenga Province, Moctar Ilboudo, welcomed the Minister, noting the importance the government places on education and youth training, as evidenced by this visit.
This gathering provided an opportunity for the head of secondary education in Kourittenga, Dieudonn© Belemsigri, and other stakeholders to present the challenges faced by secondary schools in the province. The Provincial Director in charge of secondary education expressed optimism for future investments to strengthen education as a foundation for the future.
The minister responded by acknowledging the difficulties faced by teachers and assured them of his commitment to work collaboratively to address these issues. Drawing from his experience as a former teacher, he emphasized the importance of cooperation and mutual understanding in overcoming challenges.
Moumouni Zoungrana urged all stakeholders to support and commit to the vision of the Popular Progressive Revolution, which emphasizes discipline for significant transformation in the country.
