Ouagadougou: A special operation to build 1,000 homes has just been launched this Friday, about forty kilometers from Ouagadougou, for the benefit of internally displaced persons (IDPs), AIB learned from official source.With a construction cost of 5.23 million FCFA, the housing will be erected in the regions hosting IDPs, i.e. 800 housing units spread over 4 sites in the Center North region, 100 housing units in Ouahigouya in the North and 50 housing units as many in Nagréongo, in the Central Plateau and in Bobo Dioulasso, in the Hauts Bassins.The launching ceremony of the operation, chaired by the Minister in charge of Humanitarian Action, Nandy Somé/Diallo took place in the rural commune of Nagréongo, 38 km east of Ouagadougou, in the presence of the Minister of Humanitarian Action.
