More than 139 teachers from the Basic Education District (CEB) of Sindou, received, from Tuesday 10 to Friday 13 September 2024, training on the contents of the new curricula for CE1 and CE2 classes in Sindou. It was the secretary general of the Sindou town hall, Oudbi Zongo, who chaired the closing ceremony.The Basic Education District (CEB) of Sindou, like others throughout the country, was able to hold the annual pedagogical conference of teachers, session 2023.For four days, from Tuesday 10 to Friday 13 September 2024, all the teachers of this CEB were kept in suspense to reflect on the themeThe conference aimed to get teachers to take ownership of the content of the CE1 and CE2 curricula and implement them.At the opening ceremony on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, the President of the special delegation (PDS), Issiaka Yadia, asked to observe a minute of silence in memory of those who left during the year.He asked them to be diligent during these 04 days of training.On the closing day, the Secre tary General, Oudbi Zongo, on behalf of the PDS, reiterated his encouragement and the availability of the highest authorities of the Ministry of Education to support the teachers in their noble mission.With an overall satisfaction rate of 88.88%, a participant, a certified school teacher, Katianaourou Ouattara, found that the substance of this training through the theme developed will further help them to efficiently place the student at the center of their own training.As for the Head of the CEB, Emmanuel Sourabié, he thanked the highest authorities who made this conference possible without forgetting the participants for the enthusiasm they showed during the 04 days of training.The teachers spoke their hearts with a sum of 58,500 CFA francs, to support the FDS and VDP.Source: Burkina Information Agency
