The High Commissioner of the province of Léraba, Mahamadi Congo, chaired on Friday April 5, 2024 in Sindou, the food delivery ceremony by the Federation of Islamic Associations in Burkina (FAIB), for the benefit Internally Displaced Persons .These are 08 bags of 50 kg of rice, 12 bags of 25 kg of rice, 05 bags of 100 kg of corn, 10 bags filled with clothes for men, women, children and sheets, a sum of 80,000 F CFA, who made up the donation that the FAIB offered to the first authority in the province of Léraba for IDPs in Sindou.'It is with the aim of contributing to social cohesion and living together that we, members of the FAIB, have initiated this donation for our brothers and sisters who have not asked to travel to Sindou here,' said underlined the provincial coordinator of the FAIB , Issouf Touré.He launched a solemn appeal to all Burkinabè to integrate within themselves the spirit of unity and solidarity for a prosperous Burkina.As for the High Commissioner of the province of Léraba, Mahamadi Co ngo, he thanked and praised the action of the FAIB while wishing understanding within it for eternity.For the Provincial Director in charge of Humanitarian Action, Ousmane Ouédraogo, this donation will be given to the on beneficiaries Monday April 8, 2024.Source: Burkina Information Agency
