The Minister of Health and Public Hygiene, Dr Robert Kargougou, paid a visit on Saturday March 16, 2024 to Titao, with a view to understanding the realities of the local health situation.After Ouahigouya where he participated in the scientific days and open days of the Regional University Hospital Center (CHUR) of Ouahigouya, the Minister of Health and Public Hygiene, Dr. Robert Kargougou, continued his tour in the Northern region where he visited health services in Titao on Saturday March 16, 2024.Accompanied by the High Commissioner of Loroum province, Captain Djibril Bassolé, the minister spoke with health personnel from the Medical Center with surgical branch (CMA) of Titao.Dr Kargougou then went to the Titao Urban Health and Social Promotion Center and an outpost in sector 6, Aka district run by the NGO Terre des Hommes.This visit is also part of the vaccination campaign against measles and rubella which is being held from March 15 to 21, 2024 across the national territory.Dr Kargougou took the opportunity to administer a few doses to children.The representatives of the populations took the opportunity to raise their concerns with Minister Kargougou.These include, among other things, the functioning of health services in Titao and the difficulties in evacuating patients in Ouahigouya.The Minister also had a meeting with health workers.
