Ouagadougou: The Loyargo Public Primary School in the commune of Ourgou-Manga, Bassitenga province, marked a significant milestone with a 100% pass rate on the Primary School Leaving Certificate (CEP) exam for the 2025-2026 school year. The closure of the academic year was celebrated on Monday, July 13, 2026, in a ceremony led by the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB), attended by an enthusiastic educational community.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event also featured an initiative by the Association of Former Students of the Loyargo Public Primary School, who planted trees on the school grounds. This initiative aimed to enhance environmental protection and improve the school environment. Teachers were recognized with certificates of commendation for their dedication, while top-performing students received awards to honor their achievements.

Adama Oudraogo, president of the Amicale, expressed gratitude for the collective effort, saying, "We thank all those who worked day and night for these results. We are very proud and we will always be available to support the school's activities." School principal Olivier Doulkom highlighted that all 35 candidates passed the exam, mirroring the success of the previous year.

Jean-Baptiste Oudraogo, the CCEB of Ourgou-Manga, commended the school community for their accomplishment, attributing it to the dedication of teachers, determination of students, and support from parents and partners. He urged continued efforts to sustain these achievements.

The Loyargo Public Primary School, founded in 2004, continues to build on its educational success.
