Ouagadougou: Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune received Malian Prime Minister, Major General Abdoulaye Maga, on Monday in Algiers. The Malian Prime Minister delivered a message from Mali’s President of the Transition, Army General Assimi Gota, to his Algerian counterpart.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the meeting concluded with the Malian Prime Minister affirming the mutual intent to bolster cooperation between Mali and Algeria. He emphasized that both nations are destined to collaborate for the prosperity of their peoples.

The meeting was part of the Malian Prime Minister’s official working visit to Algeria. Earlier in the day, Major General Abdoulaye Maga paid homage at the Martyrs’ Monument in Algiers.
