The Secretary General of the Center-South region, Ouo Abibata Bamouni/Traoré officially installed on August 14, 2023, Jacob Sia, as Regional Director in charge of Youth, in the presence of directors and heads of departments regional.

The new Regional Director (DR) in charge of Youth in the Center-South region, Jacob Sia, previously Provincial Director (DP) in charge of Youth in Nahouri, officially took office on August 14, 2023 in Manga, Chief- place in the region.

His installation took place in the presence of the administrative, customary and religious authorities, his collaborators, his friends and his acquaintances.

The outgoing regional director, Issifou Kaboré said he was satisfied with the results achieved, after having spent 7 years at the head of the regional directorate in charge of youth in the Centre-South.

Mr. Kaboré also thanked all the regional authorities and his close collaborators for the support he received during his stay in the "city of the hawk".

The new regional director in charge of Youth, Jacob Sia expressed his satisfaction to the highest authorities for the trust placed in his modest person.

He said he was aware of the height of the task awaiting him and made a commitment to work to deserve this trust.

Mr. Sia also requested the support of agents of his collaborators and all the provincial and regional authorities for the achievement of his mission.

The Secretary General of the Center-South region, Ouo Abibata Bamouni/Traoré, who presided over the ceremony, called on the new regional director to work, be vigilant and exercise restraint in order to meet the demands of the moment.

As a reminder Jacob Sia was appointed on July 12, 2023, by the Council of Ministers as the new regional director of the Center-South in charge of Youth.
