Ouagadougou: A ministerial delegation led by the Minister of Energy, Mines and Quarries, Yacouba ZabrGouba, encouraged conscripts in Kaya to embrace the values of the "new Burkinab¨" during their mandatory patriotic immersion (AIPO). The delegation visited the Sainte-Thr¨se d'Avila private college, one of six centers in the province, to observe the progress of the training and motivate the conscripts and their supervisors.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the visit featured a ceremonial raising of the national colors, with the national anthem sung by the conscripts in a patriotic atmosphere. Joining Minister ZabrGouba were other key officials, including the Minister of Secondary, Vocational and Technical Education, Moumouni Zoungrana, and the Minister Delegate in charge of Regional Cooperation, Bªbgnasgnan Stella Eldine Kabr/Kabor, among others.

Minister ZabrGouba congratulated the conscripts on achieving their baccalaureate and encouraged them to cultivate values essential for national development. He emphasized the importance of emerging as "new Burkinab¨" who are committed to the country's progress and urged them to see the immersion as an opportunity rather than a punishment.

He also praised the dedication of the supervisors, urging them to continue being role models for the conscripts. The ceremony concluded with tree planting by government members, underscoring their commitment to environmental preservation and sustainable development in Burkina Faso.
