Bati©: The Human Resources Department (HRD) of the Ministry of Family and Solidarity is actively collaborating with its staff in the province of Noumbiel. As part of a tour campaign initiated in February 2026, Alima Tour©, the Director of Human Resources of the Ministry, visited Bati© on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Her visit aimed to engage with the agents of the decentralized structures to enhance career management.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the HRD's delegation, led by Ms. Tour©, was warmly received by the decentralized structures in Bati©. The visit provided an opportunity for open discussions on career management, assignments, and disciplinary procedures. These discussions were vital in addressing staff concerns and offering solutions to improve their motivation.

The tour also focused on understanding the challenges faced by the staff due to long distances, which often affect their motivation. The Director of Human Resources emphasized the importance of employee satisfaction, stating, "We have no reason to exist if the employees are not satisfied."
