Mouhoun/Baccalaureate 2026: Written Exams Launched Under the Banner of Discipline and Respect for the Rules


Mouhoun: The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the Kona municipality, Ali Sanou, has officially launched the written examinations for the 2026 baccalaureate session at the Safan© Joint Examination Board (Jury 19). A total of 246 candidates from the departments of Safan© and Kona are participating, with 111 candidates in the A4 series and 135 in the D series.



According to Burkina Information Agency, before the commencement of the exams, candidates exhibited a mix of concentration, serenity, and stress as they prepared for the first tests of this crucial examination. The outcome of these exams is significant for the continuation of their higher education.



Ali Sanou addressed the candidates, encouraging them to approach the exams with serenity, discipline, and confidence in their abilities. He emphasized the importance of adhering strictly to the instructions and demonstrating responsibility throughout the examination period.



The PDS also extended his encouragement to all parties involved in organizing the examination session, including jury members, supervisors, and security forces. He stressed the necessity for strict adherence to regulations to ensure transparency, credibility, and fairness in the examination process.



Sanou commended the efforts of all stakeholders for facilitating the smooth execution of the exams in a challenging environment. He concluded by expressing his best wishes for the candidates’ success and hoped for an excellent session for all participants involved in organizing the 2026 baccalaureate in the commune of Safan©.
