Nahouri: The President of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of P´, Ilassa Dianda, presided over the award ceremony for the best actors in education of the Basic Education District (CEB) of P´, held on Saturday, January 31, 2026. In total, 270 laureates achieved a pass rate of at least 80% in the Primary School Certificate (CEP) during the 2023, 2024, and 2025 sessions.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the top teachers and students of the 2025 edition each received a laptop, while the two top male and female students each received a bicycle and a school supply kit, courtesy of the special delegation, in addition to a letter of congratulations. The top literacy providers and two organizations, Doja-Lam and UDPBKA, were also honored with letters of congratulations.
Moussa Ton©, Head of the P´ Basic Education District (CCEB), highlighted that the celebration of this day dedicated to excellence in schools serves as a formal recognition of the effort, commitment, and dedication of the education stakeholders. He remarked, 'You richly deserve this day of recognition. Thanks to your dedication to your work and your outstanding professionalism, the CEB ranked first in the province in the 2025 CEP exam.'
Ilassa Dianda, the President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the P´ commune, commended the resilience and dedication of the P´ educational community, stating that events like this are vital for maintaining motivation in a context where education is the cornerstone of development.
The event's patron, Hamza Binagabou, encouraged the award recipients and all those involved in the education system for their exceptional achievements and expressed his continued support for the commune's development initiatives. Prior to the ceremony, the audience sang the victory anthem in the Kassim language.
