Nanoro Special Delegation Validates Land Use Plan


Nanoro: The special delegation of the municipality of Nanoro held its second ordinary session of the year on Monday, June 22, where it validated its Land Use Plan (POS). Held under the chairmanship of the president of the special delegation (PDS), Nourou Guiguemd©, the work took place in the town hall meeting room, in the presence of the High Commissioner of the province of Boulkiemd©, Salamata Ou©draogo/Sanou.



According to Burkina Information Agency, four items were on the agenda for this session: the amendment and adoption of the minutes of the first ordinary session, the validation of the Land Use Plan (POS), the examination and adoption of a resolution authorizing the signing of a partnership agreement with the NGOURDAM Pro-ARIDES Project, as well as communications and miscellaneous items.



The focal point of this meeting, the POS (Plan of Action), was thoroughly reviewed. The technical team responsible for drafting the document addressed the concerns of the members of the special delegation before the text was adopted by acclamation.



The High Commissioner of Boulkiemd©, Salamata Ou©draogo/Sanou, welcomed this initiative, stating it as an essential tool for local development. She also urged administrative and municipal authorities to ensure the rigorous implementation of the provisions contained in this document.



In turn, the PDS of Nanoro, Nourou Guiguemd©, expressed his gratitude to the High Commissioner for her support and constant presence alongside the community. He invited all stakeholders and partners to fully commit to the effective implementation of the resolutions of this session, a guarantee of the commune’s prosperity.
