Kaya: The raising of the national colors was undertaken as a gesture of encouragement to candidates taking school exams. The Secretary General of the Niaogho commune, Ambroise Bayili, presided, on Monday, at the Tengsoba 'B' public primary school, over the ceremony of raising the national colors, on the eve of the start of the end-of-year school exams. The ceremony brought together administrative and traditional authorities, education stakeholders, students, and residents of the community around the values of civic duty and patriotism.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the traditional chief of Niaogho, the Tengsoba, offered blessings to the candidates for the various exams of the 2026 session. He wished them success and invited them to show seriousness and discipline to represent their families and their community with dignity. In his speech, the secretary general of the municipality praised the mobilization of the participants and noted the special nature of this ceremony, organized on the eve of the launch of the examinations for the Primary School Certificate (CEP), the Junior Secondary School Certificate (BEPC), the Vocational Aptitude Certificate (CAP), and the Vocational Studies Certificate second part (BEP2).

Mr. Bayili paid tribute to the teachers for their contribution to the students' education throughout the school year. "Despite the difficulties, you worked with commitment and perseverance to transmit knowledge and prepare students for academic deadlines," he stated. He also expressed his gratitude to the parents of the students for their support of the candidates. According to him, the efforts made to ensure the educational monitoring of children and to offer them the necessary conditions for their success deserve to be commended.

Addressing the candidates, the Secretary General urged them to approach the exams with confidence and composure. "You have been preparing all year. Have faith in your abilities and do not let doubt or stress compromise your efforts," he advised. He reminded them that they carry the expectations of their families, their teachers, and the community, while urging them to demonstrate integrity during the exams. "Reject all forms of cheating and prioritize personal effort, because success achieved through honesty is the most meritorious," he insisted. Before concluding his speech, Mr. Bayili wished success to all the candidates for the CEP, BEPC, CAP, and BEP2 in the commune of Niaogho.
