Niangoloko: The Special Municipal Delegation Encourages Academic Merit

Niangoloko: The special delegation of the commune of Niangoloko organized, on February 13, 2026, the Day of School Excellence at the House of Youth and Culture, in order to reward the best students and teachers of the school examinations of the 2024-2025 session.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the recipients of the Primary School Certificate (CEP) and the Junior High School Certificate (BEPC) were each awarded a bicycle and a school kit. Students who successfully passed the Baccalaureate exams received tablets and school kits in recognition of their achievements.

Teachers were also acknowledged for their contributions to education. The best primary school teacher was presented with a laptop, while the top educators at the Municipal and Santa high schools were honored with tablets as a token of appreciation for their exceptional teaching performance.

To further support educational efforts, the Basic Education District (CEB) of Niangoloko, along with the Municipal and Santa high schools, were provided several boxes of reams of paper and various office supplies to aid their educational activities.

The ceremony was presided over by Ouss©ni Ou©draogo, the head of the special delegation. The event was held under the patronage of Isaac Assonsi Soulama, a native of the commune and president of the 1975 graduating class of Niangoloko. The ceremony was also attended by notable figures, including Rapha«l Soma, the provincial director of Secondary, Vocational, and Technical Education for Como©, and Mamadou Hema, the provincial director in charge of Preschool Education for Como©.
