Ouagadougou: The Nougbini public primary school celebrated its 100% success rate in the CEP exam with resilience. The school, located in the commune of Gounghin, marked the closure of its 2025-2026 school year activities with a sense of achievement, as all 16 candidates presented for the Primary School Certificate (CEP) exam in the 2026 session were declared successful.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Nougbini public primary school operates with three classes-CP2, CE2, and CM2-and follows a biennial recruitment policy. Having opened its doors in the 2000s, the school has now reached a milestone by achieving a perfect pass rate in the recent CEP exam. As recognition for their hard work, the five best students from each class were rewarded with school kits.

The school's director, Dsir Sawadogo, expressed satisfaction with the success rate and extended gratitude to the teaching staff, education stakeholders, and parents for their support. He emphasized the importance of continued parental involvement to maintain this level of achievement.

Kayaba Ferdinand Sandwidi, a supporter of the school, praised the teaching staff's efforts and urged parents to become genuinely involved in their children's education. Jean-Baptiste Yougbar, the ceremony's sponsor, also congratulated the students and teachers. He highlighted the necessity of education in all fields and encouraged the youth to strive for excellence through hard work.

The ceremony concluded with the planting of over a dozen seedlings on the school grounds, symbolizing growth and future success.
