Ouessa:The commune of Ouessa in the Ioba province is seeing significant improvements in its health sector, thanks to projects initiated as part of the Popular Progressive Revolution (RPP). A key development is the construction of a municipal medical center (CMC), which is now nearing completion.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this new community health center is one of the major achievements in Ouessa over the past four years. Once operational, it is expected to enhance the quality of healthcare and improve access to medical services for the local population.
In addition to the CMC, each of Ouessa's Health and Social Promotion Center (CSPS) facilities has been outfitted with two solar refrigerators. Frédéric Bouda, head of the CSPS, noted that this equipment is crucial for preserving health products that require a cold chain.
These developments are part of the broader Presidential Initiative for Health, which includes the construction of community medical centers and the installation of essential equipment.
During the celebration of the fourth anniversary of the RPP, residents of Ouessa expressed their gratitude for these advancements and extended their wishes for protection and success to the authorities.
