Sandbondtenga: The president of the special municipal delegation of Man© (PDS), Wendincont© Alain Kiemtor©, invited the people of his territorial jurisdiction this Thursday to adopt the vision of the President of Faso, by embracing the theme of the 3rd edition of the National Days of Patriotic Engagement and Citizen Participation (JEPPC): 'Let's produce Burkinab¨, let's consume Burkinab¨. Our plate, our pride', during the launch ceremony of said days.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony, which brought together the constituted bodies of the municipality, was marked by the raising of the national colors, followed by the launch message of the JEPPC from the President of Faso, delivered by the municipal authority. Following the Head of State's call to make local consumption a lever of sovereignty and national development, the PDS invited every inhabitant of Man© to embrace the principles of work, integrity, and patriotism, in order to meet the challenges of sufficient production and local consumption in order to definitively free themselves from the chains of the oppressor.

Drawing on the wisdom that "A good child buys his mother's cakes", the municipal authority reiterated the importance of valuing and consuming local products. Wendincont© Alain Kiemtor© also urged the population to participate massively in community awareness activities in order to make the theme of this first fortnight of the JEPPC a reality.

Placed under the theme "Let's produce Burkinab¨, let's consume Burkinab¨. Our plate, our pride", these days, scheduled from March 26 to April 9, 2026, aim to promote local consumption and strengthen civic engagement around the values of national sovereignty.
