This strategic move aims to bolster the mobility and efficiency of security forces in Burkina Faso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, this special order comprises two-wheeled vehicles of the "Yento" brand, meaning "Security" in Gulmancema, and is intended to reduce response times and enhance accessibility in crime-prone areas. The initiative demonstrates the President's commitment to ensuring the safety of the population.

'I am officially handing over the keys to these motorcycles to you for the safety of our citizens. This is a mission entrusted to you. I believe this will enhance your network, the effective work you have already begun,' declared President Traor© as he presented the keys to Minister of Security, Divisional Police Commissioner Mahamadou Sana. The President urged the officers to continue their effective work to ensure the safety of citizens across all cities.

The Minister of Security expressed gratitude on behalf of the security personnel and assured that the motorcycles would be utilized effectively. "This allocation of motorcycles will further strengthen security throughout the country. In matters of security, mobility and speed are essential. The motorcycles will be deployed to the National Police very quickly to provide greater peace of mind to the public. These motorcycles will also contribute to consolidating the 'S 24/7' concept launched in 2025," stated the Minister.
