Koosin: The provincial director in charge of primary education, Frdric Nindamou Yhoun, visited the Doumbala Basic Education District (CEB) on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, to gain a firsthand understanding of the situation on the ground. He commended the teachers for their resilience and hard work.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Frdric Nindamou Yhoun, leading a large delegation, aimed to experience the realities faced by educators in the Doumbala Basic Education District. He reassured the teachers and supervisors, stating, "Rest assured, you are not alone; the entire hierarchy is with you. We are aware of the work you are doing."
During the visit, Roland Djiguimd, the human resources manager, presented information about the rights and responsibilities of civil servants, emphasizing their roles and duties. The delegation also paid a courtesy visit to the village's traditional leaders, the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP), and the health workers.
Flix Dakio, the village chief of Doumbala, along with Eloi Dakuyo, the first deputy of the special delegation, extended blessings to the visitors and expressed hopes for peace in Burkina Faso. Bªta Tamini, the Head of the Basic Education District in Doumbala, expressed appreciation for the provincial director's visit, encouraging and congratulating the teachers for their efforts.
The meeting began with participants singing the national anthem, symbolizing unity and belonging to the homeland. Following discussions, teachers voiced concerns about their working conditions. Frdric Nindamou Yhoun assured them of a favorable response to their grievances.
