Como©: The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the commune of Niangoloko, Ouss©ni Ou©draogo, urged the people on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, to strengthen their patriotic commitment and civic vigilance, on the occasion of the traditional monthly flag-raising ceremony organized at the town hall.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony, presided over by Ouss©ni Ou©draogo, saw a particularly large turnout due to the national and sub-regional context. Alongside the municipal police, members of the district police station (CPD) and forestry agents participated.
At the end of the flag-raising ceremony, Ouss©ni Ou©draogo delivered the full message from the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor©, who is also the current president of the Confederation of Sahel States (AES), on the occasion of the second anniversary of this organization which includes Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger.
The PDS stressed that this commemoration recalls the commitment of the three States to defend their sovereignty and to consolidate their cooperation within the ESA.
He also called on the population to show greater patriotism, vigilance and solidarity in order to support the efforts of the authorities in preserving peace, security and national sovereignty.
