Sebba:The population of Sebba in the Yagha province came together to celebrate the 4th anniversary of MPSR 2 at the AES roundabout from the night of September 30 to October 1, 2026. The event, organized by a citizen watch group, featured a range of activities including awareness campaigns and video screenings.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the celebration commenced around 6 pm and concluded at approximately 2 am, drawing a diverse crowd of young people, women, elders, and various community members. The evening was filled with musical performances, dance demonstrations, and speeches by representatives of different societal groups, all emphasizing the importance of maintaining social cohesion, practicing forgiveness, and fostering community care.
The event also focused on promoting civic values, with speakers urging respect for moral principles, protection of public property, and active contribution to the nation's development.
