Léo, The new prosecutor of Faso at the High Court (TGI) of Léo, Ahmed Ouattara officially took office on Friday October 13, 2023, during a solemn ceremony chaired by the president of the TGI of Léo ,François Kaboré.

The solemn hearing for the installation of the new prosecutor of Faso at the TGI of Léo, Hamed Ouattara took place in the presence of the high commissioner of the province of Sissili, Tewendé Isaac Sia, communal authorities, customary and religious authorities , military and paramilitary personnel as well as directors and heads of services and numerous guests.

Appointed by the Council of Ministers at its meeting on Wednesday October 4, 2023, the magistrate, Ahmed Ouattara was officially installed in his functions as prosecutor of Faso near the TGI of Léo cumulatively commissioner of the government of the administrative court of the same city by the president of the TGI by Léo, François Kaboré.

He thus replaces in this position the magistrate, Aboubacary Hié who has been called to other functions.

The Faso prosecutor at the Léo TGI released, Aboubacary Hié in his requisition invited the new magistrate to state the law with complete independence, impartiality, loyalty and dignity whatever the situation in order to deserve the trust placed in him .

He also praised his brilliant academic and professional career. Mr. Hié also invited him to make the advice received a source of inspiration, because he said that the work of justice cannot be the prerogative of a single person or of the actors of justice alone. .

He expressed his gratitude to the various authorities of the province of Sissili and Ziro for all the support to his close collaborators as well as to all the staff of the TGI of Léo and the auxiliaries of justice for their frank collaboration during his stay at the head of the prosecution.

As soon as he took up his duties, the incoming prosecutor, Ahmed Ouattara first of all showed his gratitude to his hierarchy for the trust placed in his modest person for the management of the prosecution of the TGI of Léo.

He then paid tribute to his predecessor, Aboubacary Hié for the work done during the four years he spent at the head of the Léo public prosecutor's office.

Mr. Ouattara says he understands the immensity and complexity of the task entrusted to him by political decision-makers.

To do this, he says he is counting on the support of his colleagues to meet the challenges of the moment.

Ahmed Ouattara reassured all of his colleagues of his availability, to work in good harmony with each and everyone for the influence of Léo's TGI.

The president of the TGI of Léo, François Kaboré expressed all his satisfaction and his thanks to the outgoing prosecutor, Aboubacary Hié for his frank collaboration.

He then paid vibrant tribute to Mr. Hié for his appointment to other higher positions.

François Kaboré implored God and the spirits of his ancestors to help him achieve success in his new functions.

He also congratulated the new prosecutor, Ahmed Ouattara on his appointment while inviting him to do everything possible for the success of his mission.

The president of the TGI de Léo urged the new prosecutor to have a sense of listening, humility and management in his new tasks.

He reassured Mr. Ouattara of the availability of all the staff of the Léo TGI to achieve the common objective.
