Wrestler from Houet in Haut-Bassins Drissa Zon won the National Culture Week (SNC) wrestling tournament on Thursday in Bobo-Dioulasso, beating one of the leading figures of struggle in Nayala, Karim Bazongo, observed the AIB on site.

Several other finals took place in several categories in both sexes. 232 wrestlers from all regions took part in the competitions including 80 women and 152 men.

The competitions took place from April 29 to May 2 with 356 fights. The SNC is
scheduled to take place from April 27 to May 4, 2024.
