Gayri:Assiatou Kabor, the only candidate for the midwifery professional examination in Komondjari province, took her exam this Sunday in Gayri. This opportunity was made possible by a government measure allowing public employees in regions with significant security challenges to sit for their professional exams locally.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the examination session was presided over by Comrade Monmini Sinar, who is the interim prefect of Gayri and the prefect of the department of Foutouri. The session was supervised by Comrade Drissa Oudraogo, the province's secretary general, representing the High Commissioner of Komondjari.
The president of the jury welcomed Kabor and encouraged her to face the test with calmness, confidence, and professionalism. He advised her to answer clearly and honestly, showcasing her skills and dedication to maternal and child health, and wished her success.
Kabor expressed her appreciation for the opportunity to take the exam locally, thanking the authorities for the initiative that spared her the need to travel to other locations. This measure is designed to ensure that public officials in insecure areas still have access to professional advancement opportunities.
