According to Burkina Information Agency, the CEB of Solenzo 2 officially launched its sports activities this Wednesday morning, February 4, in the presence of teachers, students, and the local population. The opening match saw the Solenzo E school team, dressed in yellow and black jerseys, face off against the Franco-Arab team in red. The match concluded with a scoreless draw as the final whistle blew.

Nazaire Coulibaly, head of the CEB of Solenzo 2, emphasized the undeniable importance of sport, with this year's theme being "Sport and culture for anchoring citizenship in schools." Throughout the second term, competing schools will engage in various matches, culminating in a final showdown on May 9, 2026.

Coulibaly urged all teachers and social partners to actively participate for the complete success of this 2025-2026 edition.
