Soudougui Prefect Calls for Community Unity During Days of Patriotic Engagement

Soudougui: The prefect of the commune of Soudougui, Nebgninga Ouedraogo, urged the population on Thursday to fully embrace the spirit of the Days of Patriotic Engagement and Citizen Participation (JEPPC) and to unite their efforts to meet current challenges, during a flag-raising ceremony marking the launch of said days.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the flag-raising ceremony for the 3rd edition of the Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JNEPPC) was held this Thursday at the Prefecture of Soudougui in an atmosphere marked by solemnity and civic pride.

Chaired by the Prefect of Soudougui, Nebgninga Ouedraogo, the meeting brought together administrative authorities, civil society, the Defense and Security Forces (FDS), and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP), who came to demonstrate their commitment to republican values.

Before his address, the Prefect read and translated into the local language the message from the President of Burkina Faso, Head of State. He emphasized the importance of these days and urged citizens to demonstrate responsibility, civic-mindedness, and solidarity for the harmonious development of the community.
