Special Enrollment Day for CIB-AES Held in Nanoro

Nanoro:In a collaborative effort, the National Identification Office (ONI), the gendarmerie brigade, and the Nanoro town hall organized a special enrollment day for obtaining the CIB-AES. The event took place on Sunday, October 25, in the courtyard of the Catholic church in Nanoro.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the initiative aimed to provide identification services closer to the residents of Nanoro, considering the distance to Koudougou. This special mission enabled a significant number of residents to register peacefully on a Sunday, facilitating their participation in civic duties.

During the event, Comrade Nourou Guiguimde, the prefect and president of the special delegation of Nanoro, expressed gratitude to the authorities and institutions that contributed to the successful execution of the activity. He praised the identification agents for traveling to Nanoro and encouraged the local population to register in a disciplined manner.

Mr. Estel Jean Some, head of the ONI mission, acknowledged the efforts of the municipal authorities in fostering collaboration for obtaining the national identity card (CIB-AES), priced at 3,500 CFA francs. He assured the public that all applicants would be registered and that identity cards would be issued within two weeks.
