Ouagadougou: The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE left Ouagadougou, this Friday early in the afternoon, for the Nigerien capital, Niamey where he will take part, tomorrow Saturday, in the summit of Heads of State of the Alliance of States of the Sahel (AES).During this summit, the President of Faso and his counterparts from Mali and Niger will discuss the major challenges facing the Sahel States, in this case the fight against terrorism.The consolidation of cooperative relations within the AES, through a synergy of actions and a pooling of resources in priority sectors, will also be on the menu of this summit meeting.During his stay in Niamey, the Head of State will also have direct exchanges with the Burkinabè community living in Niger.
