Tansila:Residents of Tansila came together on Saturday, September 26, 2026, to work on maintaining a severely damaged section of the road connecting Tansila to Solenzo. The road had suffered extensive damage due to rainwater.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the initiative was organized by the National Coordination of Citizen Watch Associations (CNAVC) of Tansila. This action was prompted by the deteriorating condition of the road, which was making travel difficult for users.

Volunteers contributed to the effort by providing two tractors and two tricycles, which were used to transport stones and fill material, thereby repairing potholes and improving road access.

Bakary Traor©, a representative of the CNAVC, commended the community's efforts, expressing gratitude for their work. He emphasized that such initiatives answer the call of the President of Burkina Faso, Ibrahim Traor©. He urged the continuation of these efforts in future mobilizations and encouraged participants to raise awareness among the population to enhance civic engagement.
