Poni/bouroum-bouroum: The head of the Bouroum-Bouroum basic education district (CEB), Dr. Lassane Tao, called on teachers Tuesday to fully commit to ensuring the success of the 2026-2027 school year, on the occasion of the administrative start of the new school year.

According to Burkina Information Agency, primary education staff have returned to their posts to mark the official start of administrative activities for the new school year. As part of monitoring this resumption of activities, the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB), Dr. Lassane Tao, conducted a supervisory tour of several schools, including schools A, B, and C in Bouroum-Bouroum.

This visit allowed him to inquire about the conditions for resuming activities and to remind school officials of the need to continue preparations for a harmonious start to the academic year. Dr. Lassane Tao also urged teachers and school leaders to redouble their efforts and implement the educational innovations advocated by national authorities, in order to contribute to improving the quality of education.
