The Municipal Youth Advisory Bureau’s Initiative Transforms Djibo Medical Center

Soum/djibo: The Djibo Municipal Youth Advisory Bureau organized a clean-up day on Sunday at the local Medical Center with Surgical Unit (CMA), mobilizing its members to contribute to improving the healthcare environment.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the operation saw strong participation from young people, who worked alongside health officials in cleaning and sanitizing the spaces of the health center. The ceremony was attended by the chief medical officer of the Djibo health district, Dr. Assane Zango, as well as a team from the town hall, representing the president of the special delegation (PDS).

The president of the Municipal Youth Advisory Bureau, Boucari Maga, explained that the choice of the health facility is justified by its importance to the population. "It is only right that we contribute to making this environment clean and healthy," he stated.

The chief medical officer of the Djibo health district, Dr. Assane Zango, welcomed this civic initiative and encouraged young people to continue their commitment to improving living conditions, development, and the well-being of the population.
