Ouagadougou:Tita-Napon: The village of Tita-Napon, located in the commune of Pouni, officially inaugurated its new primary school, referred to as the C school, during a ceremony held on Saturday, September 26. The event was chaired by Vincent Bazi, the first vice-president of the special delegation of the commune of Pouni.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony was attended by educational authorities, customary and religious leaders, as well as numerous parents. The chief of Tita-Napon expressed gratitude to the partners involved in the project, highlighting the importance of the new school in enhancing local education.

Edmon Bahini Coulibaly, Head of the Basic Education District of Pouni, welcomed the opening of the school and emphasized the necessity for parents to ensure proper registration of their children's birth certificates for successful schooling.

Comrade Moussa Nbi, president of the "Low Gnina Do" association, praised the collective effort that overcame construction challenges and urged the community to protect the newly established infrastructure as a valuable heritage.

In addition to the school inauguration, the day featured the launch of a special enrollment operation for obtaining the Burkinabe Identity Card (CIB), part of the Alliance of Sahel States dynamics. This initiative, led by the National Identification Office, the town hall, and a local association, attracted significant public interest.

The day concluded with a symbolic ribbon-cutting and a reforestation activity within the school grounds, marking a significant step for the community's development.
