To©c©: The authorities of the To©c© commune recognized and commended the achievements of the educational community within the Basic Education District (CEB) by holding an excellence ceremony in the courtyard of the To©c© Centre "A" public primary school.
According to Burkina Information Agency, a total of ten students, six teachers, four educational supervisors, and four administrative staff members were rewarded at this Academic Excellence Day for their performance during the 2024-2025 school year. In addition to these actors, the five best schools in the CEB were also encouraged.
The ceremony, themed "Excellence in the service of educational innovation in To©c©," took place in the presence of local administrative and traditional authorities, the provincial director of preschool, primary and non-formal education for Baz¨ga, Claude Ou©draogo, and the sponsor of El Hadj Boureima Compaor©, a native son. The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of To©c©, Harouna Nana, congratulated the award recipients on their work and urged them to continue in this direction, stating that "excellence must be continuous and should also serve as a source of inspiration for others."
Mr. Nana also acknowledged the commitment of all those who contributed to making this day of recognition possible. He also congratulated the head of the CEB, Ousmane Congo, and his entire team for the spirit of leadership that led to the 95% results in the Primary School Certificate (CEP) exams.
The patron, El Hadj Boureima Compaor©, encouraged his godchildren to redouble their efforts to always be the best in the commune and the province. He also called on the sons and daughters of the commune to unite in support of education, which he believes is the key to all development.
The head of the CEB (Basic Education Center), Ousmane Congo, congratulated all those who worked to achieve the 95% pass rate on the 2025 CEP (Primary School Leaving Certificate). He also thanked the municipal authorities for initiating the day and urged the teaching staff to dedicate themselves even more to upholding the commune's high standards.
On behalf of the award winners, Massadiata Bonkoungou thanked the authorities for the awards ceremony before assuring them of their commitment to work harder for more results. Bicycles, school bags, school supplies, and letters of congratulations were among the prizes awarded to the various winners during this day of excellence.
