Toma: The High Commissioner of the Nayala province, Honor© Fr©d©ric Par©, delivered the full message from the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor©, during the flag-raising ceremony in Toma, marking the second anniversary of the Confederation of Sahel States (AES).

According to Burkina Information Agency, the message was read during the monthly raising of the national colors, attended by members of the province's constituted bodies. In his address, President Traor©, who is also the current Chairman of the AES, paid tribute to the citizens of Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger for their dedication to the confederation project.

The President expressed his gratitude to the fighting forces and the populations contributing to the defense of the sovereignty of the AES states. He emphasized the progress achieved since the Confederation's inception, particularly in security, diplomacy, and development.

President Traor© reiterated the commitment of the member states to continue economic integration, bolster cooperation, and foster an area of peace, sovereignty, and prosperity. He urged the people to stay united and mobilized to ensure the success of the Confederation's second-year roadmap.
